ways to work together
Choose the support that fits.
Every family is different, so support comes in three shapes. All of them start with a free call so we can make sure we are a good fit.

The Confident Birth Workshop
One Saturday afternoon, never more than eight families. The full arc of labor explained plainly, hands-on comfort techniques you and your partner practice together, and honest talk about when plans change. You leave with a one-page birth preferences guide and a calmer nervous system.
$120 per couple · Next date: Saturday, August 15.

Private childbirth education
The workshop curriculum, tailored to your health history, your birth place, and your questions, over two relaxed evenings in your own living room. Ideal for shift workers, second-time parents wanting a refresh, and anyone who prefers privacy.
$450 for both evenings, scheduling flexible.

Good questions.
No. I support your birth: unmedicated, epidural, induction, planned cesarean, all of it. My job is information and steadiness, not an agenda.
I am effectively on call from our second prenatal visit. If your baby comes early, I come early. In twelve years I have missed two births, both because the babies arrived faster than anyone could drive.
Sometimes. A growing number of plans reimburse doula care, and HSA/FSA funds often apply. I provide an itemized receipt and a letter for your insurer.
Yes, and families who do both tell me the workshop made our prenatal visits twice as useful. Doula clients get the workshop at half price.
