hello, I'm Rosa
Birth is big. You don't have to walk into it alone.
I'm Rosa Wilder, a certified birth doula and childbirth educator. For twelve years I have helped families feel prepared, supported, and genuinely calm about the day they meet their baby.

A note before anything else
You are allowed to want a beautiful birth.
Somewhere along the way, wanting things for your birth started to sound naive. I disagree. Preparation is not about controlling the uncontrollable. It is about knowing your options, trusting your body, and having someone steady beside you when the plan bends. That is what I do.
with warmth, Rosa
Ways to work together
Three doors in.
01 · Birth doula support
Continuous support through late pregnancy, labor, and birth. Two prenatal visits, on call from week 38, and a postpartum debrief with tea in hand.
02 · The Confident Birth workshop
My signature small-group class: one afternoon that covers the whole arc of labor, comfort techniques, and how your partner can actually help.
03 · Private childbirth education
The workshop curriculum, tailored to your history and your birth place, taught in your own living room over two relaxed evenings.
Next workshop · Saturday, August 15
The Confident Birth Workshop
One afternoon, eight families, everything you actually need to know before labor day. Partners warmly required. Tea and snacks are on me.
seats are limited, truly. I keep it small on purpose
From the journal
Notes for the season you're in.
Honest writing on pregnancy, birth, and the tender first weeks after. New notes most months.

"Rosa was the calmest person in the room, including the midwife. My husband still talks about how she knew what I needed before I did. We could not have done it the same way without her."

Let's talk about your birth.
Start with the workshop, or write to me about doula support. Either way, you will leave our first conversation breathing easier.
